Meet Caitlin

Real estate has always been in my DNA. Growing up in a real estate family, I knew early on that I wanted to help people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. Now, with six years of experience as a licensed agent, I’ve successfully closed all sorts of homes, worked as a listing agent for two respected local builders, and helped clients with everything from first-time home purchases to luxury waterfront properties.

My deep knowledge of the South Puget Sound market comes not only from my professional experience but also from being a lifelong local. Raised in the Covington-Maple Valley area and later moving to Tacoma, I understand the unique character of each neighborhood and what makes this region such an incredible place to call home.

With a bachelor’s degree in economics from Whitman College, I bring a data-driven approach to real estate. Understanding how market trends and economic factors influence home values allows me to guide my clients with confidence, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work closely with new construction, gaining valuable insights into the building process, design trends, and what truly adds value to a home. My experience working with both builders and buyers has given me a well-rounded perspective that helps my clients make informed decisions.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing, hiking, horseback riding, or exploring the outdoors with my Glen of Imaal Terrier, Barley. I’ve traveled the world, but there’s nowhere I’d rather be than here in Washington, helping my clients find their perfect home.

Whether you're looking to buy your first home, sell your current property, or explore new construction opportunities, I’m here to make the process seamless and successful. Let’s connect and make your real estate goals a reality!
